摘要:
Given the increase in the studies for machining hard and brittle materials with high efficiency and low damage and the lack of effective detection of the machining-induced subsurface damage(SSD), we propose a new method, i.e., polarized laser scattering(PLS), for the detection of subsurface damage in hard and brittle materials. The detection principle was resolved based on the electromagnetic scattering. The critical influence factors, such as surface scattering, residual stress, subsurface damage distribution, etc., were clarified by using PLS method. We tried to applied PLS method to detecting SSD in several materials, e.g., silicon wafer, fused silica. It demonstrates that PLS method is feasible to detect the machining-induced SSD in hard and brittle materials. We provide a new solution to the SSD detection.
主讲人简介:
殷景飞,南京航空航天大学副研究员、硕导,主要从事难加工材料高效低损伤加工技术研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、LJ基础科学中心重点项目子课题、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、面上项目等,并参与国家自然科学基金集成项目等国家和省部级科技项目10余项。发表SCI论文20余篇,申请/授权国家发明专利10余项,研究成果获得南京市博士后创新创业大赛银奖。
